a. We want radiant heating for the energy saving properties and to get rid of large old cast iron radiator.
b. We want attractive tile, no granite, a vanity with storage or a pedestal sink with storage built in elsewhere and no rugs. There is some crawl space behind the window wall where things could be built in, but we are not sure of the depth of the space.
c. Currently, there is a large tub with a showerhead and a tub surround. We would like a separate multi jet shower and a walk in tub. We do not want a tub surround.
d. We are interested in stylish lighting, possibly sconces and ceiling lights, but no chandeliers.
e. We would like the tile to be a relaxing shade(s)of green. The floor tile can be a complementary color(s).
a. We are interested in eco-friendly green design that is moderately priced - it does not have to be the cheapest option, but also not the most expwensive. We want to retain the overhead heat lamp exhaust fan combination, but it is 17 years old, (the only update we made), and we think there are more energy efficient units on the market. .
a. We are interested in i-v unless the designer does npot think each one is applicable.
We also want manufacturer's model numbers for any feature that requires one, such as, sink, tiolet, tub, shower, etc.
