I tried to keep as much of the existing walls and doors so that the new project would be more financially sustainable. I came up with 2 alternatives, therefore the two sets of plans. They are alike, but there are some slight differences.
In the first proposal, the vestbule is clearly separated into zones: the entrance zone, the kiosk, the distribution zone. On the wallin front of the door you can place the schedule for example, logo or other information. The classrooms are the suggested sizes and separated by a folding wall that can be used as a projection screen for the large classroom (or not). The fitness space is separated into different zones for which I suggested different flooring arrangements. This is due to the existing walls that create sockets.
There is also an alternative (proposed plan 1_2) in which the second bathroom can be transformed into a shower zone.
In the second proposal the vestibule is also separated into zones. This time the classroom spaces are slightly smaller to preserve the existing walls. They can also be used as a single space due to the folding separation wall. The fitness zone is rectangular this time, not so fragmented.
In the alternative proposed plan 2_2 I proposed a solutin with showers and a distribution hall just for restrooms and showers.
The offices 115 and 116 can be used for the fitness zone as an anclave or not, as you preffer.
I hope one of these altenatives will suit your needs and expectations!
